With more than 23 years of experience in banking, operations, payroll administration, human resources, compliance, and employee records management, Cherly has built a career helping organizations create efficient systems, maintain accurate records, and navigate complex administrative responsibilities with confidence.
In addition to her extensive banking background, Cherly currently serves in a leadership role within a childcare organization, where she oversees human resources administration, payroll processing, employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, compliance tracking, and operational support.
Through PESSA HR Consulting, Cherly helps childcare centers and small businesses access experienced HR support without the cost of hiring a full-time HR professional.
